【摘要】：闡述了水電機(jī)組控制設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)系統(tǒng)的研究背景及實(shí)施的意義,將工業(yè)4.0引入水電機(jī)組控制設(shè)備制造行業(yè),借力"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"設(shè)備廠(chǎng)家,實(shí)現(xiàn)其在水電機(jī)組控制設(shè)備中的應(yīng)用。利用Nat穿透技術(shù),建立P2P的數(shù)據(jù)交換,解決UDP協(xié)議下大數(shù)據(jù)流的分解/組裝及加密問(wèn)題,使現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備可以直接透明地連接到服務(wù)端,減少客戶(hù)的再投資。開(kāi)發(fā)了"水電機(jī)組控制設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)系統(tǒng)",實(shí)現(xiàn)了水電機(jī)組控制設(shè)備的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)視、診斷、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)、培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)服務(wù)等,值得大力推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the research background and significance of the remote operation and maintenance system of hydropower unit control equipment, and introduces industrial 4.0 into the manufacturing industry of hydropower unit control equipment, and realizes its application in the control equipment of hydropower unit by using the "Internet" equipment manufacturer. Using Nat penetration technology, P2P data exchange is established to solve the problem of decomposition / assembly and encryption of large data flow under UDP protocol, so that the field equipment can be connected to the server directly and transparent, and the reinvestment of customers can be reduced. The remote operation and maintenance system of hydropower unit control equipment is developed, and the remote monitoring, diagnosis, operation, maintenance, training and technical service of hydropower unit control equipment are realized, which is worth popularizing and applying vigorously.
