雅安市雨城區(qū)大興水電站減水河段河流生態(tài)修復(fù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:雅安市境內(nèi)水系發(fā)育,主要有青衣江、大渡河兩大水系及其眾多支流,流域面積在30 km2以上的河流有131條,總長3118km,水電能資源豐富,水力資源蘊(yùn)藏量1601萬kw,可建水電裝機(jī)1322萬kw。經(jīng)過多年的水電站建設(shè),所有的開發(fā)任務(wù)基本完成,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益巨大。大興水電站的建設(shè)造成了3.11km的減水河段,減水河段位于四川省雅安市雨城新城區(qū)姚橋新區(qū)內(nèi)的青衣江主河道內(nèi)。河段減水的形成,會改變原河道水文情勢,對該河段河道生態(tài)景觀及河道的水生生境產(chǎn)生一定的影響,同時也對河岸植被可供水量產(chǎn)生一定影響,破壞河岸景觀生態(tài)。加之減水河段河道內(nèi)砂石的采挖,致使河床裸露、凌亂不堪,對城區(qū)自然景觀造成較大的破壞,并存在一定的安全隱患。本論文的研究目的是通過對雅安市雨城區(qū)大興水電站減水河段現(xiàn)狀的分析,研究探索出一套適合于該減水河段的河流生態(tài)修復(fù)方法。本論文的研究秉承“安全”“人與自然和諧相處”等原則,采用工程措施和生態(tài)修復(fù)措施,工程措施包括:橡膠壩工程、防洪堤工程和河道疏浚工程;生態(tài)修復(fù)措施包括:水體景觀措施和陸上景觀措施。本研究不僅要完成傳統(tǒng)的河道治理,還要使河流恢復(fù)到自然景觀狀態(tài)。針對大興水電站減水河段存在的問題,在工程措施的基礎(chǔ)上對減水河段進(jìn)行生態(tài)修復(fù)研究,使減水河段的河段環(huán)境得到改善,美化環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The development of the water system in the city of Ya 'an is mainly composed of the two water systems of the Qingyi River and the Dadu River and its many tributaries. There are 131 rivers in the area of over 30 km2, with a total length of 3118 km, the water and electricity resources are abundant, the reserves of the water resources are about 160,000 kw, and the hydropower installation capacity of 132.2 million kw can be built. After many years of hydropower station construction, all the development tasks are basically completed, and the economic benefit is huge. The construction of Daxing Hydropower Station has caused 3.11 km of water-reducing reach, and the water-reducing reach is located in the main river channel of the Qingyi River in the new district of YAO Bridge in Yan 'an City, Sichuan Province. The formation of water-reducing water in the reach will change the hydrological situation of the original channel, have a certain influence on the ecological landscape of the river channel and the aquatic habitat of the river channel, and also have a certain influence on the water supply amount of the riverbank vegetation, and destroy the landscape ecology of the riparian. In addition, the excavation of sand and gravel in the river channel of the water-reducing reach causes the riverbed to be exposed and is in a mess, which causes great damage to the natural landscape of the urban area, and has certain potential safety hazard. The purpose of this paper is to study and explore a set of river ecological restoration methods suitable for the water-reducing reach through the analysis of the current situation of the water-reducing reach of Daxing Hydropower Station in Yan 'an City. The research of this thesis is based on the principle of ""safety" and nature harmony", and adopts engineering measures and ecological restoration measures. The engineering measures include: rubber dam project, flood control embankment project and river channel dredging engineering; and the ecological restoration measures include: In view of the problems existing in the water-reducing reach of Daxing Hydropower Station, the ecological restoration of the water-reducing reach is carried out on the basis of the engineering measures. So that the environment of the reach of the water-reducing reach is improved, and the beautifying environment is improved.
