高水頭大流量集中滲漏反向控制灌漿技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:高水頭大流量集中滲漏是水利水電等工程領(lǐng)域建設(shè)中常見(jiàn)而又復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題,現(xiàn)有動(dòng)水條件下封堵灌漿施工難度大、效果差、工期長(zhǎng)、材料浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重,技術(shù)可控性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性差。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,提出反向灌漿新思路,研發(fā)了一種兼具導(dǎo)水、止水與灌漿功能的止水灌漿盒,將其安裝在集中滲漏出口,實(shí)現(xiàn)變動(dòng)水施工條件為靜水施工條件后,再進(jìn)行反向控制性灌漿封堵新技術(shù)。經(jīng)烏江銀盤(pán)水電站三期基坑巖溶滲漏處理等多個(gè)工程驗(yàn)證,該技術(shù)可成功地解決高水頭大流量集中滲漏這一長(zhǎng)期困擾水電工程界的工程技術(shù)難題。
[Abstract]:High head and large flow concentrated leakage is a common and complex problem in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower and other engineering fields. Under the existing dynamic water conditions, the construction of plugging grouting is difficult, the effect is poor, the construction period is long, the material waste is serious, and the technical controllability and economy are poor. In view of the existing problems, a new idea of reverse grouting is put forward, and a new grouting box with both water diversion, water stop and grouting function is developed, which is installed at the centralized leakage outlet and the variable water construction condition is static water construction condition, and then a new reverse controlled grouting sealing technology is carried out. It has been verified by many projects, such as Karst leakage treatment of Phase III Foundation Pit of Yinpan Hydropower Station in Wujiang River, that this technology can successfully solve the engineering technical problem of high head and large flow concentrated leakage, which has been puzzling the field of hydropower engineering for a long time.
