三角孔多孔板下游空化流場的PIV剖析

【摘要】:采用粒子圖像測速儀(PIV)對不同類型的三角形孔口多孔板下游空化流場的流動特性進行了量測,分析了孔口大小(邊長a=2.6 mm,4.0 mm,5.1 mm和6.7 mm)、孔口數(shù)量(n=9,16,25和64)和孔口排列(棋盤式和交錯式)對多孔板下游時均流速、紊動強度及紊動切應力分布的影響。結(jié)果表明,多孔板下游的時均流速、紊動強度及紊動切應力呈現(xiàn)不同程度的鋸齒狀分布,適當?shù)乜s小孔口、增加孔口數(shù)量,并將孔口布置為交錯式排列有利于多孔板下游水流的摻混、紊動和剪切作用;在試驗設計的不同規(guī)格三角形孔口多孔板中,孔口邊長a=4.0 mm、孔口數(shù)量n=25且孔口為交錯式排列的多孔板下游空化流場的流速梯度最大、紊動剪切作用最為劇烈。
