余干縣寨里水庫樞紐工程除險加固的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:寨里水庫是一座以灌溉為主,同時兼顧防洪、泄洪、蓄水、養(yǎng)殖等綜合效益的小(一)型水庫。所在水系為信江一級支流的珠橋河,位于余干縣黃埠鎮(zhèn)寨里村委會宋霞源村,工程主要建筑物包含大壩、溢洪道、灌溉輸水隧洞等。經(jīng)有關(guān)部門安全鑒定,寨里水庫樞紐工程存在嚴(yán)重工程安全隱患:其一大壩壩體、壩基存在滲漏且繞壩滲流,上游護(hù)坡面已沖刷、風(fēng)化嚴(yán)重,塊石有架空、脫落和翻動等現(xiàn)象,下游壩坡不平整,浸潤線在下游貼坡排水體之上出逸,貼坡排水體已失去排水作用,壩坡處于不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài);其二溢洪道結(jié)構(gòu)布置不合理,漿砌石堰體剝蝕老化,出現(xiàn)裂縫,進(jìn)口右側(cè)山坡存在邊坡穩(wěn)定問題,泄槽兩側(cè)邊坡巖石破碎,風(fēng)化嚴(yán)重,多處斷裂,邊墻沒有設(shè)置防滲齒刺墻,渠道多處倒塌;其三輸水建筑物灌溉涵管強度極低,剝落嚴(yán)重,管身出現(xiàn)錯位、斷裂,管壁漏水嚴(yán)重,灌溉隧洞出現(xiàn)蜂窩麻面和裂縫,存在滲水現(xiàn)象。針對寨里水庫樞紐工程存在以上的病情險況,本文進(jìn)行探討樞紐工程除險加固設(shè)計,主要包含以下三個方面:1、大壩加固設(shè)計對大壩壩體滲漏問題,進(jìn)行了壩中塑性混凝土防滲墻方案和旋噴水泥樁防滲墻加固方案進(jìn)行對比,因旋噴水泥樁防滲墻加固方案更能適應(yīng)本工程地質(zhì)條件,施工技術(shù)成熟、質(zhì)量與工期更易保證,且投資較省,加固后大壩安全可靠,所以優(yōu)選了旋噴水泥樁防滲墻加固方案;對壩基及壩肩繞壩滲漏處理采用帷幕灌漿措施;對大壩上游護(hù)坡進(jìn)行混凝土預(yù)制塊護(hù)坡,整平坡面,重新種植草皮;下游壩坡進(jìn)行填土夯實,草皮護(hù)坡,壩面設(shè)置縱、橫向以及岸坡排水溝,實現(xiàn)了大壩防滲加固的效果。2、溢洪道加固設(shè)計經(jīng)過方案對比,采用新址重建溢流堰方案,將原側(cè)槽式溢洪道改建成正槽式溢洪道,對溢洪道起到較好的加固作用,既不會增加開挖工程量,且過堰水流在高水位下仍為自由出流,水流條件得到了改善,使堰體長度縮短了近一半,又不會降底原側(cè)槽底板高程,同時開挖工程量小,節(jié)省投資。3、輸水建筑物加固設(shè)計采用異地新建隧洞加固輸水建筑物方案,對農(nóng)田可以起到良好的灌溉作用,在經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)兩方面,異地新建引水隧洞方案更加切實可行。寨里水庫樞紐工程通過除險加固,解除了寨里水庫的安全隱患,可以保護(hù)下游人民群眾的生命財產(chǎn)安全,農(nóng)田、國道、公路、工廠等也可避免破壞,同時對社會發(fā)揮灌溉、防洪、泄洪、蓄水、養(yǎng)殖等綜合效益。
[Abstract]:Zhai Li Reservoir is a small (1) reservoir which is mainly irrigated and takes into account the comprehensive benefits of flood control, flood discharge, water storage, aquaculture and so on. The water system is the Zhuqiao River, which is the first tributary of Xinjiang River. It is located in Song Xiayuan Village, Huangbu Town, Yugan County. The main buildings of the project include dams, spillways, irrigation tunnels and so on. Through the safety appraisal of the relevant departments, there are serious hidden dangers in the safety of the Zhai Reservoir Hub Project: first, the dam body, the dam foundation has leakage and seepage around the dam, the upstream slope protection surface has been scoured, the weathered surface has been seriously weathered, the block stone has been overhead, shedding and overturning, the downstream dam slope is uneven, the infiltration line runs out on the downstream slope drainage body, the slope drainage body has lost its drainage function, and the dam slope is in an unstable state; Second, the structure arrangement of spillway is unreasonable, masonry Weir body denudation aging, cracks appear, the slope stability problem exists on the right side of the inlet slope, the rock on both sides of the drain channel is broken, the weathered rock is serious, many faults are found, the side wall is not equipped with anti-seepage tooth piercing wall, and the channel collapses in many places. In the third water transmission structure, the intensity of irrigation culvert is very low, the spalling is serious, the pipe body is mispositioned, the pipe wall is broken, the leakage of pipe wall is serious, the honeycomb hemp surface and crack appear in irrigation tunnel, and there is water seepage phenomenon. In view of the above dangerous condition of Zhai Li reservoir hub project, this paper discusses the reinforcement design of the hub project, which mainly includes the following three aspects: 1. The dam reinforcement design compares the plastic concrete impervious wall scheme and the rotary jet cement pile impervious wall reinforcement scheme in the dam, because the rotary jet grouting cement pile impervious wall reinforcement scheme can better adapt to the geological conditions of the project, and the construction technology is mature. The quality and construction period are easier to guarantee, and the investment is less, and the dam is safe and reliable after reinforcement, so the reinforcement scheme of rotary jet grouting cement pile impervious wall is optimized. Curtain grouting measures are adopted to treat the leakage of dam foundation and dam shoulder around the dam, and concrete precast block slope protection is carried out on the upstream slope of the dam, the slope is flattened and the turf is replanted. The downstream dam slope is filled with compaction, turf slope protection, dam surface vertical, transverse and bank slope drainage ditch, which realizes the effect of dam seepage prevention and reinforcement. 2, the spillway reinforcement design is compared by using the new site to reconstruct the spillway, and the original side channel spillway is converted into the positive channel spillway, which plays a better role in strengthening the spillway, which will not increase the amount of excavation engineering. And the flow through the Weir is still free at high water level, and the flow conditions have been improved, so that the length of the Weir body has been shortened by nearly half, and the elevation of the bottom plate of the original side groove will not be reduced. At the same time, the excavation quantity is small and the investment is saved. 3. The reinforcement design of the water diversion structure adopts the scheme of strengthening the water transmission structure with new tunnels in different places, which can play a good irrigation role in the farmland. It is more feasible to build a new diversion tunnel in different places. Through danger removal and reinforcement, the Zili reservoir hub project has lifted the hidden danger of Zili reservoir safety, can protect the life and property safety of the downstream people, farmland, national roads, factories and so on can also avoid damage, and at the same time give full play to the comprehensive benefits of irrigation, flood control, flood discharge, water storage, breeding and so on.
