撫寧洋河口橡膠壩監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of water conservancy and hydropower technology and polymer synthetic material industry, rubber dam, which adapts to the strategy of economical society and sustainable development put forward by the state, has been more and more widely used. Moreover, rubber dam has the characteristics of low investment, short construction period, fast effect, convenient management and strong adaptability. After the completion of Funing Yanghekou rubber dam project, it can effectively prevent the tide, raise the inland fresh water level, completely cure the phenomenon of seawater recharge, and effectively solve the problems of drinking water and agricultural production of 150000 people in the upper reaches. The whole project is composed of water-filled rubber dam and shiplock. The monitoring system controls the security and smooth operation of the whole system, and is one of the most important parts of the whole system. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a stable rubber dam monitoring system for rubber dam to play its due role. Firstly, this paper describes the development of rubber dam and its control technology at home and abroad, and formulates the control strategy and monitoring scheme of the monitoring system according to the characteristics of rubber dam and the present situation of Funing Yangkou Estuary. Secondly, according to the specified monitoring scheme and control strategy, the design scheme of the control system is built. In this system, Delta (DELTA) PLC is used as the main controller, the man-machine interface is operated by HMI, and other peripherals are controlled by AIO/DIO expansion module. At the same time, the hardware selection and control flow of the system are described in detail, and the rubber dam control loop and the main circuit are designed. Finally, in order to realize the automatic control of dam bag height, combined with the control strategy, the control scheme of look-up table method is worked out. through field debugging, trial operation and data monitoring for a period of time, it is proved that the control scheme is simple and effective.
