某拱壩基礎(chǔ)墊層溫度應(yīng)力場仿真分析

【摘要】:針對碾壓混凝土拱壩基礎(chǔ)墊層易存在溫度裂縫的問題,以某碾壓混凝土拱壩基礎(chǔ)墊層為例,采用三維有限元浮動網(wǎng)格法,模擬基礎(chǔ)墊層跳倉澆筑過程,并進(jìn)行溫度應(yīng)力場仿真分析。結(jié)果表明,控制混凝土澆筑溫度14℃,采取通水溫度20℃、通水時長15d等溫控措施,可使最大溫度應(yīng)力滿足應(yīng)力控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn);上部碾壓混凝土澆筑時間應(yīng)早于2016年10月15日。研究結(jié)果為碾壓混凝土拱壩基礎(chǔ)墊層混凝土施工及確定上部碾壓混凝土開澆時間提供了依據(jù)。
