面向干旱區(qū)湖泊保護(hù)的水資源配置思路——以艾丁湖流域?yàn)槔?/H1>

【摘要】:以艾丁湖流域?yàn)槔?探討并提出面向干旱區(qū)湖泊保護(hù)的水資源配置思路和方法,包括流域耗水總量控制、入湖總水量控制、用水總量控制、缺水總量控制、地下水取水總量控制等多層次全視角下的水資源配置模型系統(tǒng)及多重循環(huán)迭代方法。結(jié)果表明:艾丁湖流域2020年生態(tài)缺水量為2.60億m3,2030年生態(tài)缺水量達(dá)2.48億m~3。規(guī)劃近期通過(guò)區(qū)域內(nèi)壓減灌溉面積,減小地下水超采量;遠(yuǎn)期需實(shí)施外調(diào)水工程。2020年綜合耗水率進(jìn)一步增大,在保障經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),為滿足艾丁湖入湖水量的基本需求,湖泊生態(tài)補(bǔ)水量應(yīng)為0.72億m~3/年。2030年在外調(diào)水2.48億m~3的情景下,入湖總水量為0.91億m~3/年。研究成果擬為面向干旱區(qū)湖泊保護(hù)的水資源配置方案分析與比選提供計(jì)算思路。
[Abstract]:Taking Aiting Lake Basin as an example, this paper discusses and puts forward the ideas and methods of water resources allocation for lake protection in arid areas, including the control of total water consumption, the control of total water consumption into the lake, the control of the total amount of water used, and the control of the total amount of water shortage.
