龍灘水庫(kù)工程對(duì)紅水河天峨站水文情勢(shì)的影響分析

【摘要】:由于水文情勢(shì)中的徑流過(guò)程是影響河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)改變的主要因素,有必要研究龍灘水庫(kù)建壩前后徑流過(guò)程的變化。依據(jù)建庫(kù)前后天峨站1980年~2003年和2007年~2015年兩個(gè)系列逐日徑流實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),以IHA指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ),采用可變范圍(RVA)法通過(guò)分析32個(gè)水文改變指標(biāo),評(píng)估了龍灘水庫(kù)建設(shè)與運(yùn)行之后下游水文情勢(shì)特征的變化。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:紅水河天峨站水文情勢(shì)綜合改變度為70.49%,屬于高度改變。水庫(kù)修建后對(duì)逐月徑流量、年極端流量及其出現(xiàn)時(shí)間、流量頻次和延時(shí)、流量改變率和頻度產(chǎn)生了顯著影響。通過(guò)對(duì)建壩帶來(lái)的流域水文情勢(shì)改變情況的分析,為流域管理部門制定合理的水庫(kù)生態(tài)調(diào)度方案提供決策支持。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to study the change of runoff process in Longtan Reservoir before and after dam construction because the runoff process in hydrological regime is the main factor affecting the change of river ecosystem. Based on the daily runoff data from 1980 to 2003 and from 2007 to 2015 at Tianao Station before and after the establishment of the reservoir, based on the IHA index system, the variable range (RVA) method was used to analyze 32 hydrological change indexes. After the construction and operation of Longtan Reservoir, the characteristics of downstream hydrological regime are evaluated. The results show that the comprehensive change degree of hydrological regime is 70.49%, which belongs to height change. After the construction of the reservoir, the monthly runoff, the annual extreme flow and its occurrence time, the frequency and delay of the flow, the change rate and the frequency of the flow have a significant effect. Based on the analysis of the change of hydrological regime caused by dam construction, the decision-making support is provided for the watershed management department to formulate a reasonable reservoir ecological dispatching scheme.
