基于低影響開發(fā)的城市雨水利用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國人口的快速增長及城鎮(zhèn)化的不斷加深,一方面城市缺水及雨季內(nèi)澇問題逐漸嚴(yán)重,自然生態(tài)遭到了一定程度的破壞;另一方面我國雨水資源豐富且水質(zhì)較好,雨水利用方便快捷且易推廣,可給城市帶來良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生態(tài)效益,而且低影響開發(fā)的原則為保護(hù)城市的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)免遭破壞。因此,本研究將低影響開發(fā)理念與城市雨水的利用結(jié)合起來,以“基于低影響開發(fā)的城市雨水利用”為研究對象,從國內(nèi)外雨水利用研究現(xiàn)狀、城市雨水利用的可行性和必要性、雨水利用潛力及低影響開發(fā)雨水利用設(shè)施等幾個(gè)面進(jìn)行分析探討。本研究以鄭州市為背景,選取航空港區(qū)南部區(qū)域?yàn)榫唧w研究區(qū)域。初步研究成果如下:(1)對年降雨、月降雨及暴雨特性進(jìn)行分析,得出研究區(qū)域的降雨分布極度不均,易發(fā)生洪澇災(zāi)害和旱災(zāi),年平均降雨量為639.5mm;(2)利用四種不同方法計(jì)算出研究區(qū)域的雨水利用實(shí)際潛力為0.26億m3,雨水資源充足,可進(jìn)行雨水利用;(3)重新將研究區(qū)域的水系分布規(guī)劃為“七縱四橫雙湖”的格局,然后根據(jù)水量平衡分析將其分為兩大雨水管理區(qū),進(jìn)而根據(jù)各區(qū)域特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行不同功能雨水集蓄設(shè)施的布置。研究表明,基于低影響開發(fā)的雨水利用在城市中是切實(shí)可行的,其中雨水利用潛力的計(jì)算和降水特性的分析是研究中必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。該研究提高了城市雨水利用的有效性、科學(xué)性和合理性,為其他城市雨水利用的實(shí)施流程提供了借鑒,并為未來海綿城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展趨勢提供了參考方向,對于我國城市雨水的利用具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of population and the deepening of urbanization in China, on the one hand, the problems of urban water shortage and rainy season waterlogging are gradually serious, and the natural ecology has been destroyed to a certain extent. On the other hand, Rain Water in China is rich in resources and good water quality. Rain Water is easy to use and easy to popularize, which can bring good economic and ecological benefits to the city, and the principle of low impact development is to protect the urban ecosystem from destruction. Therefore, this study combines the concept of low-impact development with the utilization of city Rain Water, taking "Rain Water utilization based on low-impact development" as the research object, and from the present situation of Rain Water utilization at home and abroad. The feasibility and necessity of the utilization of Rain Water in the city, the utilization potential of Rain Water and the utilization facilities of Rain Water with low impact are analyzed and discussed in this paper. This research takes Zhengzhou city as the background, selects the aviation port area southern region as the concrete research area. The preliminary results are as follows: (1) by analyzing the characteristics of annual rainfall, monthly rainfall and rainstorm, it is concluded that the rainfall distribution in the study area is extremely uneven, prone to floods and droughts, and the average annual rainfall is 639.5mm; (2) using four different methods to calculate the actual potential of Rain Water in the study area is 26 million m3, Rain Water has sufficient resources, and Rain Water can be used; (3) the distribution of water system in the study area is re-planned as the pattern of "seven vertical, four horizontal and double lakes", and then it is divided into two administrative areas of Rain Water according to the analysis of water balance, and then the arrangement of Rain Water storage facilities with different functions is carried out according to the characteristics of each region. The research shows that the utilization of Rain Water based on low-impact development is feasible in cities, and the calculation of Rain Water's utilization potential and the analysis of precipitation characteristics are essential links in the study. The research improves the efficiency, science and rationality of the utilization of city Rain Water, provides a reference for the implementation process of Rain Water utilization in other cities, and provides a reference direction for the development trend of sponge city construction in the future. It is of great significance for the utilization of Chinese city Rain Water.
