閘下應用廢舊輪胎消能防沖的三維數學模型建立

【摘要】:水閘沖刷問題是水利工程中普遍存在的問題,諸多研究人員對該問題進行了系統地研究,研究結果顯示使用汽車的廢舊輪胎對海漫段增大糙率,可以起到減少沖刷的作用。通過對比分析不同的湍流模型、數值計算方法、網格劃分尺度、壁面處理方法,最終采用RNG k-ε湍流模型、PISO算法,將整個流場劃分為67.27萬網格,選擇標準壁面函數對流場進行模擬計算。計算結果與模型試驗實測結果吻合較好,說明模型能更好地用于加糙后的流場模擬計算。
[Abstract]:The problem of sluice scour is a common problem in hydraulic engineering. Many researchers have systematically studied the problem. The results show that the use of used tires can reduce scour to increase the roughness of the sea flood section. By comparing and analyzing different turbulence models, numerical calculation methods, meshing scales and wall treatment methods, the RNG k-蔚 turbulence model and PISO algorithm are adopted to divide the whole flow field into six hundred and seventy two thousand six hundred and ninety nine grids. The standard wall function is selected to simulate the flow field. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured results of the model test, which shows that the model can be used to simulate the roughened flow field better.
