南辛安河綜合治理工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:The river engineering management is an important environmental problem. The Nanxin River comprehensive management project is an example of the contemporary suburban river transformation. In order to create a good urban living environment and meet the spiritual needs of the people, the progress management of river transformation should be carried out from the aspects of original water quality improvement and river bank greening, road, river bottom widening and so on, to create a good urban living environment and to meet the spiritual needs of the people. Therefore, the research on the progress of the comprehensive management project of Nanxin'an River has a great reference for the transformation of other rivers in the suburbs, and also has a certain guiding role for the transformation of other similar rivers, and the way of schedule control has been applied to other projects. Improve the management level of the project, at the same time to the relevant theoretical research is also a supplement. The paper mainly includes the following five aspects. The first part is the introduction, including the background and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the methods and research contents of this paper. The second part is the theoretical basis of the progress management of river management project, the method of schedule management and control, Gantt chart, critical circuit method, plan evaluation technique, and the application of double code and single code. There are also the characteristics of river management projects. The third part is the formulation of the schedule plan of the Nanxin River Management Project, including the outline of the South Xin'an River Management Project, the organization and management of the South Xin'an River Management Project, and the analysis of the factors affecting the progress of the South Xin'an River Management Project. The task decomposition of the Nanxinan river management project and the establishment of the schedule plan of the Nanxinan river management project. The fourth part is the progress control of the Nanxin River harnessing project, including the overall progress control, the bank protection project progress control, the river structure project progress control. Progress control of sewage interception and reclaimed water works as well as control of landscape and commercial development projects. The fifth part is conclusions and recommendations.
