“井”字形梁格式底板水閘內(nèi)力計(jì)算方法研究

【摘要】:建在新疆南疆地區(qū)粉砂地基上的寶浪蘇木分水閘是一種輕型特殊結(jié)構(gòu)水閘,其閘墩布置在閘室上游兩側(cè),并與閘室底板分離,其閘室由“井”字形梁格式底板和橋柱框架構(gòu)成。這種特殊結(jié)構(gòu)水閘設(shè)計(jì)巧妙,相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的平板式底板水閘節(jié)省了閘室鋼筋混凝土的用量,但由于這種“井”字形梁格式底板水閘的閘室結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,尚未形成一整套成熟、完整的內(nèi)力計(jì)算方法,在一定程度上影響了這種特殊結(jié)構(gòu)形式水閘在新疆粉砂類地基上的應(yīng)用與推廣。針對(duì)這種水閘的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),分別采用截面法、彈性地基梁法和有限元法對(duì)這種特殊閘室結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和分析,主要結(jié)論如下:(1)通過對(duì)“井”字形梁格式底板水閘閘室結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的分析與計(jì)算發(fā)現(xiàn),采用截面法、彈性地基梁法和有限元法均可求得該閘室主要結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力,且三種方法計(jì)算所得各構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力分布規(guī)律相同。(2)在無水工況和擋水工況下,截面法、彈性地基梁法和有限元法三種方法對(duì)閘室底部“井”字形梁格系統(tǒng)中各梁的計(jì)算結(jié)果均表明:橫梁、縱梁Ⅱ和縱梁Ⅲ的最大彎矩和剪力發(fā)生縱梁Ⅱ、縱梁Ⅲ與橫梁的交叉處,縱梁Ⅰ的彎矩在梁跨中達(dá)到最大值、剪力在與橫梁交叉處達(dá)到最大值。(3)分析三種方法對(duì)“井”字形梁格系統(tǒng)中各梁內(nèi)力值的計(jì)算結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),彈性地基梁法計(jì)算所得內(nèi)力值與有限元法計(jì)算結(jié)果較接近,而截面法計(jì)算所得內(nèi)力值偏大,但從梁截面設(shè)計(jì)和配筋分析,截面法計(jì)算結(jié)果是偏于安全的。(4)采用截面法正確計(jì)算“井”字形梁格系統(tǒng)中各梁內(nèi)力的關(guān)鍵是合理簡(jiǎn)化橋柱和交通橋橫梁等閘室上部結(jié)構(gòu),建立適用于截面法的力學(xué)分析模型;而彈性地基梁法在計(jì)算這種特殊結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),除合理簡(jiǎn)化閘室上部結(jié)構(gòu)外,還應(yīng)注意選取合理的基床系數(shù)k。(5)通過有限元法對(duì)該閘室下不同地基彈性模量的模擬計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)?shù)鼗鶑椥阅A吭谝欢ǚ秶鷥?nèi)變化時(shí),該閘室結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力變化并不明顯。說明在不同彈性模量的粉砂地基上“井”字形梁格式底板水閘結(jié)構(gòu)的適應(yīng)性較好。
[Abstract]:Baolangsumu sluice gate, built on silty sand foundation in southern Xinjiang, is a kind of light special structure sluice. Its pier is arranged on both sides of the upper side of the gate chamber and separated from the bottom plate of the gate chamber. The gate chamber is composed of the "well" beam-shaped floor plate and the bridge-column frame. The design of this special structure sluice is ingenious, and compared with the traditional flat plate floor sluice, the use of reinforced concrete in the gate chamber is saved. However, due to the complex structure of the gate chamber of the "well" beam-shaped floor sluice, a complete set of mature sluice has not yet been formed. To a certain extent, the complete internal force calculation method affects the application and popularization of this special structure sluice on silty sand foundation in Xinjiang. In view of the structural design characteristics of this kind of sluice, the internal force of this special chamber structure is calculated and analyzed by using section method, elastic foundation beam method and finite element method, respectively. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) through the analysis and calculation of the internal forces of the sluice chamber structure of the "well" beam format, it is found that the internal forces of the main structural members of the gate chamber can be obtained by using the section method, the elastic foundation beam method and the finite element method. The internal force distribution law of each component is the same as that of the three methods. (2) under the condition of no water and water retaining, the section method is used. The elastic foundation beam method and the finite element method are used to calculate each beam in the "well" beam grid system at the bottom of the gate chamber.
