【摘要】：水資源既是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的保障基礎(chǔ),又是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的約束條件。為提高對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與水資源關(guān)系的認(rèn)知能力和把握度,促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與水資源的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,分析和評(píng)價(jià)了北京市各功能區(qū)2005~2013年社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與用水的協(xié)調(diào)演變歷程,并提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展建議和措施。對(duì)北京市各功能區(qū)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)概況,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及布局,以及各功能區(qū)的用水量分析、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與用水演變分析等方面的情況作了介紹。相關(guān)成果可為北京市產(chǎn)業(yè)功能調(diào)整和水資源綜合管理部門人員的規(guī)劃、決策提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Water resources is not only the guarantee foundation of socio-economic development, but also the constraint condition of sustainable development. In order to improve the cognitive ability and grasp of the relationship between social economy and water resources, and to promote the coordinated development of social economy and water resources, this paper analyzes and evaluates the coordinated evolution of socio-economic development and water use in various functional areas of Beijing from 2005 to 2013. And put forward the corresponding development suggestions and measures. This paper introduces the general situation of social economy, industrial structure and distribution of various functional areas in Beijing, as well as the analysis of water consumption, socio-economic and water use evolution of each functional area. The results can be used for reference for the adjustment of industrial function and the planning and decision-making of comprehensive water resources management department in Beijing.
