【摘要】：在我國(guó),抽水蓄能電站的發(fā)展越來(lái)越快,裝機(jī)規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,其機(jī)組的檢修管理日益引起重視。因此,研究新源公司抽水蓄能機(jī)組的檢修管理具有很重要的工程指導(dǎo)意義。 本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,基于現(xiàn)代設(shè)備管理理念,在繼承傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備管理方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合抽水蓄能機(jī)組的檢修特點(diǎn),針對(duì)目前新源公司抽水蓄能機(jī)組檢修管理存在的問(wèn)題,研究形成與新源公司自身實(shí)際情況相適應(yīng)的抽水蓄能機(jī)組檢修管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和做法。全文結(jié)合各抽水蓄能電站設(shè)備、人員、管理實(shí)際情況,提出了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢修管理的整體設(shè)計(jì)思路和具體執(zhí)行辦法,包括組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、安全管理、質(zhì)量控制、進(jìn)度控制、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)文明管理等方面。最后通過(guò)對(duì)宜興抽水蓄能電站機(jī)組檢修管理案例的分析,表明了該管理思路在實(shí)際機(jī)組檢修中的應(yīng)用是成功的,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)要求。 通過(guò)抽水蓄能機(jī)組檢修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理方法的逐步試點(diǎn)應(yīng)用和完善,會(huì)對(duì)抽水蓄能機(jī)組檢修管理和設(shè)備質(zhì)量提高產(chǎn)生推動(dòng)作用。在總結(jié)該管理方法試點(diǎn)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)并完善后,可以在各抽水蓄能機(jī)組檢修管理中進(jìn)行推廣實(shí)行。
[Abstract]:In China, the development of pumped-storage power station is getting faster and faster, and the scale of installed power station is becoming larger and larger, and the maintenance management of the unit has attracted more and more attention. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the maintenance management of pumped storage units in Xinyuan Company. In this paper, by using the method of combining theory with practice, based on the modern equipment management concept, and on the basis of inheriting the traditional equipment management method and experience, combined with the characteristics of the maintenance of pumped storage unit, In view of the problems existing in the maintenance and repair management of pumped storage units in Xinyuan Company at present, the maintenance management standards and practices of pumped storage units adapted to the actual situation of Xinyuan Company are studied and formed. Combined with the actual situation of the equipment, personnel and management of the pumped storage power station, this paper puts forward the overall design ideas and specific implementation methods of the standardized maintenance management, including organizational setup, safety management, quality control, schedule control, The field production civilization management and so on. Finally, by analyzing the case of unit maintenance and management in Yixing pumped Storage Power Station, it is shown that the application of this management idea in actual unit maintenance is successful, and the expected goal is achieved. Through the pilot application and perfection of the standardized management method for the maintenance and repair of pumped storage units, it will promote the maintenance management and the improvement of equipment quality of pumped storage units. After summing up the experience of the pilot application of this management method and perfecting it, it can be popularized and implemented in the maintenance management of each pumped storage unit.
