潘家口等水庫(kù)群的供水調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:隨著水資源在供需上產(chǎn)生的矛盾日益尖銳,水資源的缺乏已經(jīng)成為制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的嚴(yán)重性問(wèn)題。因此如何合理地分配水資源量、實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源的可持續(xù)利用成為當(dāng)下人們普遍關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。灤河作為我國(guó)北方地區(qū)水資源較為豐沛的河流之一,是華北地區(qū)重要的河流之一。引灤工程是灤河流域上的大型水利工程。本文就現(xiàn)有工程基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)引灤工程中的潘家口、大黑汀和桃林口等水庫(kù)群進(jìn)行聯(lián)合供水調(diào)度主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)闡述了本文的研究背景及研究意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外在該領(lǐng)域的研究歷史及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹,并就其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行闡述。提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究路線。(2)介紹研究區(qū)流域的基本情況。對(duì)灤河流域的已建工程及工程運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步全面的介紹。(3)根據(jù)灤河下游水庫(kù)群各水庫(kù)、區(qū)間歷年來(lái)水資料,分析各水庫(kù)的入庫(kù)徑流、區(qū)間入流的變化規(guī)律及變化趨勢(shì)。(4)總結(jié)對(duì)比各種需水量預(yù)測(cè)的方法,對(duì)比各個(gè)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。對(duì)受水區(qū)的水資源進(jìn)行需水預(yù)測(cè)。(5)在(1)-(4)工作的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有工程的實(shí)際情況建立潘家口、大黑汀、桃林口等水庫(kù)群的聯(lián)合供水優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型。(6)針對(duì)遺傳算法的不足點(diǎn),在算法中改進(jìn)動(dòng)態(tài)變異率及動(dòng)態(tài)交叉率。再運(yùn)用改進(jìn)后的遺傳算法對(duì)水庫(kù)群供水優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得出在不同來(lái)水頻率的情況下的供水優(yōu)化調(diào)度方案,并對(duì)得出的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly sharp contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, the lack of water resources has become a serious problem restricting the economic development of our country. Therefore, how to allocate water resources rationally and realize the sustainable utilization of water resources has become a common concern. As one of the rivers with abundant water resources, Luanhe River is one of the important rivers in North China. Luanhe River diversion Project is a large-scale water conservancy project in the Luanhe River Basin. Based on the existing projects, the main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the research background and significance of this paper are described. This paper briefly introduces the history and present situation of research in this field at home and abroad, and expounds its development trend. The research content and route of this paper are put forward. (2) the basic situation of the river basin in the study area is introduced. The construction and operation of the Luanhe River Basin are introduced in detail. (3) according to the water data of the reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Luanhe River, the inflow runoff of the reservoirs is analyzed. (4) summing up and comparing various water demand forecasting methods and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each method. (5) on the basis of (1)-(4) work, according to the actual conditions of the existing projects, the establishment of Panjiakou, Dagheting, The optimal operation model of combined water supply in Taolinkou and other reservoirs. (6) to improve the dynamic mutation rate and dynamic crossover rate in the algorithm for the deficiency of genetic algorithm. Then the improved genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal operation model of reservoir group water supply, and the optimal water supply scheduling scheme under different water frequency is obtained, and the results are analyzed and summarized.
