【摘要】：上海市節(jié)約用水管理規(guī)定中,節(jié)水評(píng)估作為辦理供水許可的一項(xiàng)前置審批條件,已列入水務(wù)行政部門的審批許可事項(xiàng)中。就此,從編制依據(jù)、評(píng)估對(duì)象、水源類型選擇、用水定額、節(jié)水技術(shù)等方面介紹了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目節(jié)水設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)估報(bào)告的編寫(xiě)內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)編寫(xiě)內(nèi)容的梳理,可指導(dǎo)更加合理的可節(jié)水設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)以及更具側(cè)重點(diǎn)、更為合理的評(píng)估報(bào)告編制。做好報(bào)告編寫(xiě)工作對(duì)上海市建設(shè)生態(tài)文明城市將起到積極作用。
[Abstract]:In the regulation of water conservation management of Shanghai, water saving assessment, as a pre-examination and approval condition for water supply license, has been included in the examination and approval permission of water administrative department. In this paper, the contents of the evaluation report on the design scheme of water-saving facilities for construction projects are introduced from the aspects of compilation basis, evaluation object, choice of water source type, water use quota, water-saving technology, and so on. By combing the contents of the compilation, we can guide more reasonable design of water-saving facilities and more emphasis, more reasonable evaluation report compilation. The preparation of the report will play a positive role in the construction of ecological civilization city in Shanghai.
