【摘要】：引漢濟(jì)渭工程是陜西省解決水資源問題的骨干項(xiàng)目,工程規(guī)劃了兩個泵站、兩個電站和一條輸水干線將漢江水調(diào)入關(guān)中。工程總體布置是該工程重大技術(shù)問題,在工程總體規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)關(guān)中受水區(qū)對工程的需要,研究了引漢濟(jì)渭工程各組成部分的相互關(guān)系,以達(dá)到優(yōu)化工程布置、協(xié)調(diào)工程各部分的銜接、形成合理有效的調(diào)水系統(tǒng)的目的。綜合考慮了多種因素對工程選址和布置的影響,將相關(guān)選擇方案納入總體方案進(jìn)行考慮,并根據(jù)工程的具體特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行多方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)比選,完成了工程選點(diǎn)的論證、輸水線路選擇和工程銜接關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào)。同時,對輸水隧洞的比降也運(yùn)用工程經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法進(jìn)行了論證。最后分析了工程選址和總體布置方案預(yù)計可以達(dá)到的效果,并提出了工程實(shí)施過程中應(yīng)注意的問題。
[Abstract]:Huan-Ji-Wei project is the backbone project to solve the water resources problem in Shaanxi Province. Two pumping stations, two power stations and a main water conveyance line have been planned to transfer the Hanjiang River water into Guanzhong. The general layout of the project is a major technical problem of the project. On the basis of the overall planning of the project, according to the needs of the project in Guanzhong water receiving area, the interrelation of the components of the project is studied in order to optimize the layout of the project. Coordinate the connection of all parts of the project to form a reasonable and effective water transfer system. Considering the influence of various factors on the location and layout of the project, considering the related options into the overall scheme, and according to the specific characteristics of the project, the economic and technical comparison of the multiple schemes is carried out, and the demonstration of the project selection points is completed. Coordination of the selection of water conveyance lines and the connection of projects. At the same time, the specific drop of water conveyance tunnel is proved by engineering economics method. Finally, the paper analyzes the expected effect of site selection and general layout of the project, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of project implementation.
