雙懸臂鋼疊梁閘門靜動(dòng)力學(xué)有限元分析
[Abstract]:The stress analysis of steel gate has always been the focus of attention of water conservancy workers. Due to the limitation of the result monitoring problem due to the loading problem, the research on the stress analysis of steel gate depends on the numerical method. Dongwushi reservoir is a large water conservancy project with many functions, such as flood control, water supply and so on. Because the reservoir has been built for a long time, there are some hidden dangers in the structure of reservoir flood discharge tunnel and so on, which threaten the safety of the project itself. In order to ensure the safety of the important cities and infrastructure downstream of the reservoir, it is necessary to reinforce the flood discharge tunnel of the reservoir. Dongwushi reservoir flood discharge tunnel is an arch-free culvert with short pressure pipe. It is divided into 3 holes and has cantilever at both ends. According to the analysis, the construction scheme of the flood discharge tunnel danger removal and reinforcement project should adopt the scheme of double cantilever composite steel laminated beam with two middle piers of the gate to seal the gate, and carry out the temporary underwater plugging upstream of the repair gate. Double cantilever gate underwater plugging is rarely used in practical engineering, and there are many essential problems to be studied. In view of the operation mode and stress characteristics of double-cantilever steel laminated gate in Dongwushi Reservoir, the static and dynamic modal analysis of steel gate is carried out by using finite element numerical simulation method, and the main beam is calculated on the basis of static analysis. The maximum bending stress of the face plate and the maximum shear stress of the web plate are analyzed. The dynamic modal analysis of the steel gate is carried out, and the corresponding modes of the natural vibration frequency and the natural vibration frequency under different working conditions are analyzed. The results show that, Static and dynamic methods to analyze the safety of the gate, can better verify the most dangerous part of the gate. In this paper, the finite element analysis model of double cantilever steel laminated beam gate is established, and the stiffness and vibration of the gate are studied by using ANSYS software. Based on the finite element method, the stress of the steel gate of Dongwushi Reservoir is analyzed in this paper, and the stress form of the steel gate under the action of load is explored from the macroscopic angle, thus providing a certain reference for the similar engineering in reality.
