高寒區(qū)多口融冰井引水渠道水溫變化三維模擬及井群優(yōu)化布置

【摘要】:為探討抽水融冰技術(shù)解決嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)渠道冰害的效果,以新疆瑪納斯河流域紅山嘴二級(jí)電站引水渠道為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)多口融冰井同時(shí)運(yùn)行條件下引水渠道水溫變化過程進(jìn)行三維模擬,其模擬結(jié)果和原型觀測(cè)結(jié)果平均相對(duì)誤差為4.61%,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值模擬的可靠性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過改變井水流量、井前渠水流量和水溫、外界大氣溫度等條件,對(duì)混合水溫沿程變化過程進(jìn)行了模擬。結(jié)果表明:1)僅將井水流量變?yōu)樵瓉淼?0%和1.5倍時(shí),井水注入量與混合水溫成正比,且對(duì)混合水溫的影響較大;2)僅將井前渠道水溫分別降低和升高0.2和0.4℃時(shí),井前渠道水溫與混合水溫成正比,且對(duì)混合水溫的影響也較大,因此增大井水流量或者合理布置井群是抽水融冰最有效的方法;3)根據(jù)井前渠道水溫為0.1℃,井前渠水流量分別為10、15、20和25 m~3/s,大氣溫度分別為 5、 10、 20和 30℃的模擬結(jié)果,得到了各井的不凍長(zhǎng)度值,且隨著井前渠道流量增大和外界大氣溫度降低,融冰井的不凍長(zhǎng)度均隨之減小,最后給出了在不同井前渠道流量和不同氣溫條件下融冰井的不凍長(zhǎng)度和井的布置樁號(hào)等合理優(yōu)化布置方案,此研究為解決寒區(qū)水電站引水渠道冰災(zāi)防治問題提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of freeze-thawing technique on channel ice damage in severe cold area, the diversion channel of Hongshanzui second stage hydropower station in Manas River basin of Xinjiang is taken as the research object. The variation process of water temperature in diversion channel under the condition of simultaneous operation of several ice melting wells is simulated. The average relative error between the simulation results and the prototype observation results is 4.61, which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation. On this basis, the variation process of mixed water temperature along the course is simulated by changing the well water flow rate, the water flow rate and water temperature in the canal before the well, and the temperature of the atmosphere outside the well. The results show that: 1) when the well water flow rate is only 50% and 1.5 times of the original, the well water injection rate is directly proportional to the mixed water temperature, and the effect on the mixed water temperature is greater; 2) when the water temperature in front channel is reduced and raised by 0.2 鈩,
