【摘要】：快速城市化背景下,城市的河道、湖泊、水庫、塘堰、水田等濕地面積急劇減少,濕地雨洪調(diào)蓄能力減弱,城市彈性降低,城市安全受到威脅。為構(gòu)建韌性城市,需保護(hù)城市生態(tài)底板。以重慶兩江新區(qū)為例,根據(jù)濕地發(fā)育條件,選取地形坡度、土壤類型、地表徑流等7項指標(biāo)為影響濕地保護(hù)的主要因子,構(gòu)建濕地適宜性評價層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型,得到研究區(qū)濕地空間適宜性分布格局,即濕地保護(hù)重要性梯度空間分布。通過構(gòu)建SWAT模型,根據(jù)重慶年徑流總量控制率對應(yīng)的設(shè)計日降雨量,得到不同控制率下的兩江新區(qū)設(shè)計濕地率及其空間分布,與現(xiàn)狀濕地疊加耦合,得到需要保護(hù)的濕地范圍。該研究對濕地保護(hù)與編制雨洪管理規(guī)劃具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization, the wetland area of city, such as river, lake, reservoir, pond Weir, paddy field and so on, has been reduced sharply, the capacity of rainwater flood regulation and storage of wetland has been weakened, the elasticity of city has been reduced, and the safety of city has been threatened. In order to build a resilient city, it is necessary to protect the ecological floor of the city. Taking Liangjiang New area of Chongqing as an example, according to the conditions of wetland development, 7 indexes, such as terrain slope, soil type and surface runoff, are selected as the main factors affecting wetland protection, and the hierarchy structure model of wetland suitability evaluation is constructed. The spatial suitability distribution pattern of wetland in the study area was obtained, that is, the spatial distribution of wetland conservation importance gradient. Based on the design daily rainfall corresponding to the total runoff control rate of Chongqing, the design wetland rate and its spatial distribution in Liangjiang New area under different control rates are obtained by constructing SWAT model, and coupled with the current wetland, and the wetland scope in need of protection is obtained. The study is of guiding significance for wetland protection and planning for rainwater management.
