【摘要】：我國(guó)是農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),一直非常重視農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題。隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程的加快,我國(guó)對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)投入的力度也在不斷地加大。但目前作為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中最為重要的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,水利工程在其管理中依然存在著諸多問(wèn)題,其檔案管理體系就是其中一個(gè)方面。正確地解決這些問(wèn)題對(duì)于我國(guó)農(nóng)村發(fā)展和水利事業(yè)發(fā)展都是極其重要的。本文根據(jù)目前國(guó)內(nèi)大型水利工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中檔案管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析了在水利工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中檔案管理體系存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, has been attached great importance to the development of agriculture. With the acceleration of social development, China's investment in agricultural construction is also increasing. However, as the most important construction project in the agricultural development and as an important infrastructure for the national economy and social development of our country, there are still many problems in the management of water conservancy projects, among which the file management system is one of them. It is very important to solve these problems correctly for the development of rural areas and water conservancy in our country. According to the present situation of archives management in the construction of large water conservancy projects in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the archives management system in the construction of water conservancy projects, and puts forward some countermeasures.
