【摘要】：根據(jù)《中共青島市委、青島市人民政府關(guān)于實施大沽河治理的意見》的要求，為保護好，開發(fā)好，利用好大沽河，全面提升對全市經(jīng)濟社會的支撐力、保障力和拉動力，計劃通過三到五年的努力，使大沽河“洪暢、堤固、水清、岸綠、景美”，將大沽河沿岸建設(shè)成為貫穿青島市南北的防洪安全屏障、生態(tài)景觀長廊、濱河交通軸線、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)聚集帶、小城鎮(zhèn)與新農(nóng)村建設(shè)示范區(qū)。因此，青島市大沽河河道治理不再是僅僅局限于防洪，建設(shè)生態(tài)型河道已成為大沽河治理又一項重要內(nèi)容。 本文結(jié)合青島市大沽河堤防工程（膠州市）右二標段項目建設(shè)，首先從工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計說明入手，，論證堤防邊坡的穩(wěn)定性；其次，通過著重介紹施工工藝，分析施工難點與重點，總結(jié)出施工過程中技術(shù)創(chuàng)新點；最后以闡述管理模式在本工程上的應(yīng)用。論述有關(guān)進度、成本、質(zhì)量、安全控制；合同、信息管理；組織協(xié)調(diào)在本工程的具體實施方式和成效。
[Abstract]:According to the "opinions of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and the Qingdao Municipal people's Government on implementing the Dagu River Regulation", in order to protect, develop, and make good use of the Dagu River, the overall support, and pull power to the whole city's economy and society will be enhanced. Through the efforts of three to five years, it is planned to make the Dagu River "Hong Chang, strong embankment, clear water, green shore, Jingmei" and build the coast of the Dagu River into a flood prevention and security barrier running through the north and south of Qingdao, an ecological landscape corridor, and a riverside traffic axis. Modern agricultural agglomeration zone, small towns and new rural construction demonstration area. Therefore, the river regulation of Dagu River in Qingdao is no longer confined to flood control only, and the construction of ecological river channel has become another important content of Dagu River Regulation. In this paper, according to the construction of the second right section of the Dagu River levee project in Qingdao, the stability of the embankment slope is demonstrated from the engineering structure design description. Secondly, by introducing the construction technology emphatically, analyzing the construction difficulties and key points, summing up the technical innovation points in the construction process, and finally expounding the application of the management mode in this project. This paper discusses the progress, cost, quality, safety control, contract, information management, organization and coordination in the specific implementation of the project and effectiveness.
