【摘要】：為提高海堤安全監(jiān)控能力,從滲壓實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)以及潮位因子和降雨因子入手,使用影響因子的合理形式,利用徑向基函數(shù)(RBF)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立滲壓監(jiān)測模型,推導(dǎo)微分進(jìn)化微粒群優(yōu)化算法(DPSO)速度和位移進(jìn)化的數(shù)值計算方程,以此確定滲壓RBF神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的聚類中心,并由此對滲壓進(jìn)行擬合和預(yù)測。以120組實(shí)測樣本對模型進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練擬合,并對后期60組滲壓進(jìn)行預(yù)測,得到擬合段平均相對誤差為0.83%,相應(yīng)預(yù)測段為1.71%。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,經(jīng)微分進(jìn)化微粒群算法優(yōu)化后,滲壓RBF神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型可以有效反映及預(yù)測滲壓變化。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the safety monitoring ability of seawall, starting from the measured data of seepage pressure, tidal level factor and rainfall factor, and using the reasonable form of influence factor, the radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used to establish the seepage pressure monitoring model. The (DPSO) velocity and displacement evolution equations of differential evolution particle swarm optimization algorithm are derived to determine the clustering center of the RBF neural network model of osmotic pressure and to fit and predict the osmotic pressure. The model was trained and fitted with 120 groups of measured samples, and 60 groups of osmotic pressure were predicted in the later stage. The average relative error of fitting section was 0.83 and the corresponding prediction section was 1.71. The practical application shows that the RBF neural network model of osmotic pressure can effectively reflect and predict the change of osmotic pressure after the differential evolution particle swarm optimization.
