【摘要】：針對巴拿馬科隆港集裝箱碼頭(CCT)項目三期二階段碼頭改擴(kuò)建工程中高樁碼頭整體拆除施工船舶跨國調(diào)遣困難、項目工期緊以及傳統(tǒng)水下切樁工藝效率低、風(fēng)險高等難題,進(jìn)行多種拆除工藝的對比研究,通過對傳統(tǒng)繩鋸導(dǎo)向架的改進(jìn)及新型液壓剪切樁的成功應(yīng)用,形成了適用于陸上高樁碼頭拆除作業(yè)的成套工藝,為高樁碼頭的改擴(kuò)建尤其是樁基拆除提供了新思路、新技術(shù),為類似工程提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulties such as the difficulty of transnational deployment of the whole dismantling of the high pile wharf in the third phase and the second stage of the (CCT) project of the container terminal of Cologne Port, Panama, the short construction period of the project, the low efficiency and high risk of the traditional underwater pile cutting process, etc. Through the comparative study of various demolition techniques and the improvement of the traditional rope saw guide frame and the successful application of the new hydraulic shearing pile, a complete set of technology suitable for the removal of the high pile wharf on land has been formed. It provides a new idea and new technology for the reconstruction and extension of high pile wharf, especially for the removal of pile foundation, and provides a reference for similar projects.
