萬(wàn)泉河加積壩下游農(nóng)村地區(qū)洪澇脆弱性研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)防洪減災(zāi)研究較為薄弱的現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)地形數(shù)據(jù)、河道斷面數(shù)據(jù)以及水文數(shù)據(jù),采用二維水動(dòng)力模型對(duì)萬(wàn)泉河下游農(nóng)村地區(qū)洪水淹沒(méi)情況進(jìn)行了分析.在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和行政村為研究單元,選擇反映農(nóng)村地區(qū)社會(huì)脆弱性和自然脆弱性的13個(gè)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建脆弱性指標(biāo)體系,采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)研究區(qū)域脆弱性進(jìn)行了定量研究,并繪制了脆弱性分布圖.結(jié)果表明:萬(wàn)泉河下游農(nóng)村地區(qū)暴露度較高,敏感性較低,應(yīng)對(duì)能力較弱,綜合分析整體脆弱性較低;區(qū)域脆弱性差異較大,不同地區(qū)脆弱性有著不同的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素.
[Abstract]:In view of the weak research on flood control and disaster reduction in rural areas of China, according to the topographic data, river section data and hydrological data, a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was used to analyze the flood inundation in rural areas of the lower reaches of Wanquan River. On this basis, taking township and administrative village as research units, 13 indexes reflecting social vulnerability and natural vulnerability in rural areas are selected to construct vulnerability index system. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the vulnerability of the studied region was studied quantitatively and the vulnerability distribution map was drawn. The results showed that the rural areas in the lower reaches of Wanquan River had higher exposure, lower sensitivity, weaker coping ability, lower overall vulnerability, greater regional vulnerability, and different driving factors for vulnerability in different regions.
