【摘要】：針對地下核電廠核反應(yīng)堆洞室大型穹頂施工難度大的突出問題,分別提出了地下核反應(yīng)堆洞室大型穹頂預(yù)留中心柱法和預(yù)留巖墻法兩種施工方案,并利用Midas三維模擬平臺,分別建立了上述兩種方案分步施工三維分析模型。模擬結(jié)果表明,預(yù)留中心柱法和預(yù)留巖墻法分步施工引起的位移均滿足施工安全要求,其中后者引起的最大位移較預(yù)留中心柱法施工引起的最大位移大,預(yù)留巖墻法分步施工引起的穹頂頂部位移較預(yù)留中心柱法明顯,而預(yù)留中心柱法分步施工引起中心柱和開挖掌子面中部位移較預(yù)留巖墻法明顯。兩種施工方案應(yīng)分別加強(qiáng)穹頂揭露區(qū)域、預(yù)留中心柱中部和開挖掌子面中部區(qū)域臨時(shí)支護(hù)措施及監(jiān)控措施,以確保施工安全。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficult problem of large dome construction of nuclear reactor cavern in underground nuclear power plant, two construction schemes, namely, reserved center column method and reserved rock wall method, are put forward respectively, and the three-dimensional simulation platform of Midas is used. The three-dimensional analysis models of the two schemes are established respectively. The simulation results show that the displacement caused by the reserved central column method and the reserved rock wall method meet the construction safety requirements, and the maximum displacement caused by the latter method is larger than that caused by the reserved central column method. The displacement of dome top caused by step construction of reserved rock wall method is more obvious than that of reserved center column method, and the displacement of center column and excavation face is more obvious than that of reserved rock wall method. The two construction schemes should strengthen the dome exposure area and reserve temporary supporting measures and monitoring measures for the central pillar and the central excavation face to ensure the safety of construction.
