某碾壓混凝土重力壩溫度應(yīng)力仿真分析

【摘要】:近年來(lái),碾壓混凝土重力壩在國(guó)內(nèi)外得到了廣泛運(yùn)用,日漸成為一種流行壩型,得益于其具有施工安全、速度快、造價(jià)低等特點(diǎn)。碾壓混凝土重力壩的溫度場(chǎng)及溫度應(yīng)力場(chǎng)仿真分析一直是一項(xiàng)重要的研究課題,也是制定碾壓混凝土重力壩合理溫度控制措施的重要依據(jù),具有重要的工程實(shí)踐價(jià)值,因此開展這方面的研究十分必要。 本文以張家坡水庫(kù)碾壓混凝土重力壩為例,利用ANSYS軟件建立了有限元仿真分析典型壩段(擋水壩段、溢流壩段)模型,采用ANSYS軟件模擬計(jì)算了典型壩段施工期、過(guò)渡期的溫度場(chǎng)及溫度應(yīng)力場(chǎng)。仿真模擬計(jì)算中,,考慮了不同的混凝土澆筑溫度、不同施工間歇等因素對(duì)溫度場(chǎng)及溫度應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的影響。本文主要研究工作如下: (1)利用ANSYS軟件,建立張家坡水庫(kù)碾壓混凝土重力壩典型壩段(擋水壩段、溢流壩段)三維有限元仿真模型; (2)基于ANSYS平臺(tái),編制張家坡水庫(kù)碾壓混凝土重力壩典型壩段(擋水壩段、溢流壩段)溫度場(chǎng)和溫度應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的APDL參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言程序; (3)計(jì)算、分析張家坡水庫(kù)擋水壩段在不同工況下,壩體施工期及過(guò)渡期中溫度場(chǎng)、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的變化;以擋水壩段計(jì)算成果為基礎(chǔ),選出合理控制工況,對(duì)溢流壩段也進(jìn)行了溫度場(chǎng)、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的計(jì)算分析。采用合理控制工況作為施工推薦方案,研究成果用以指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工程的施工。
[Abstract]:In recent years, roller compacted concrete gravity dams have been widely used at home and abroad, and become a popular dam type day by day, thanks to its characteristics of safe construction, fast construction, low cost and so on. The simulation analysis of temperature field and thermal stress field of RCC gravity dam is always an important research subject, and also an important basis for formulating reasonable temperature control measures of RCC gravity dam, which has important engineering practical value. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research in this field. Taking the RCC gravity dam of Zhangjiapo Reservoir as an example, the finite element simulation analysis model of typical dam segment (water retaining dam section, overflow dam section) is established by using ANSYS software, and the typical dam section construction period is simulated by ANSYS software. The temperature field and the temperature stress field in the transition period. In the simulation calculation, the influence of different pouring temperature and different construction interval on the temperature field and the temperature stress field is considered. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) using ANSYS software, the 3D finite element simulation model of typical RCC gravity dam section (water retaining section, overflow dam section) of Zhangjiapo reservoir is established. (2) based on the ANSYS platform, the APDL parameter design language program of the typical RCC gravity dam section (water retaining dam, overflow dam section) of Zhangjiapo Reservoir is compiled. (3) calculate and analyze the change of temperature field and stress field of Zhangjiapo reservoir during the construction period and transition period under different working conditions; Based on the calculation results of water retaining dam section, the reasonable control conditions are selected, and the temperature field and stress field of overflow dam section are calculated and analyzed. The research results are used to guide the construction of practical projects by adopting reasonable control conditions as the recommended construction scheme.
