基于生態(tài)流量區(qū)間的多目標(biāo)水庫生態(tài)調(diào)度模型及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的水庫調(diào)度以興利調(diào)度和防洪調(diào)度為主,常忽視生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,導(dǎo)致河流生態(tài)水文系統(tǒng)的健康狀況不斷惡化。相對傳統(tǒng)的以水電站年發(fā)電量最大,發(fā)電保證率最高為目標(biāo)函數(shù),本研究還引入了生態(tài)保證率最高的目標(biāo)函數(shù),構(gòu)建基于生態(tài)流量區(qū)間的多目標(biāo)水庫生態(tài)調(diào)度模型,并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法對模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解。利用該模型對天生橋一級水庫1956年-2008年的來水過程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)度,結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大的調(diào)度方案會對天然徑流過程產(chǎn)生顯著的改變,而兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生態(tài)目標(biāo)的建議調(diào)度方案對水庫的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益產(chǎn)生影響較少的同時能保證生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The traditional reservoir dispatching is based on the beneficial operation and flood control, and often ignores the ecological environmental problems, which leads to the deterioration of the ecological and hydrological system of rivers.
