基于魚(yú)類(lèi)友好理念的水輪機(jī)改型及特性分析

【摘要】:在越發(fā)重視生態(tài)保護(hù)的今天,水輪機(jī)過(guò)魚(yú)時(shí)減少和消除對(duì)魚(yú)類(lèi)損傷的能力已成為是否環(huán)境友好的重要指標(biāo);趪(guó)內(nèi)某電站軸流式水輪機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)建立模型,并基于魚(yú)類(lèi)友好理念初步針對(duì)魚(yú)類(lèi)普遍受傷因素對(duì)原始模型進(jìn)行幾何形狀改進(jìn)。運(yùn)用CFD數(shù)值模擬方法,在同一工況下分別將模型的導(dǎo)葉、輪轂、輪緣、轉(zhuǎn)輪室進(jìn)出口進(jìn)行單一改型以及將整合所有改型方式后的模型與原始模型進(jìn)行水力性能對(duì)比,得出導(dǎo)葉改型后效率降低1.76%,出力提升0.02k W;輪轂和轉(zhuǎn)輪室進(jìn)出口改型后效率和出力基本不變;而輪緣改型后效率提升2.18%且出力增加0.07 k W;整合改型后的模型效率下降3.11%,出力降低0.05 k W。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, more and more attention has been paid to ecological protection, and the ability of hydraulic turbines to reduce and eliminate damage to fish has become an important indicator of environmental friendliness. Based on the design parameters of axial-flow turbine in a power station in China, the model was established, and the geometric shape of the original model was improved based on the concept of fish friendliness. Using CFD numerical simulation method, the guide vane, hub, wheel rim and runner chamber inlet and outlet of the model are single modified under the same working condition, and the hydraulic performance of the model after integrating all the modified modes is compared with the original model. The results show that the efficiency of the guide vane is reduced by 1.76 and the output of the guide vane is increased by 0.02 kW; The efficiency and output force of wheel hub and runner chamber were basically unchanged, while the efficiency and output force of wheel rim were increased by 2.18% and 0.07 kW, while the model efficiency and output force were decreased by 3.11 and 0.05 kW respectively.
