【摘要】：正2017年8月3日上午,全球在建規(guī)模最大的水電工程——金沙江白鶴灘水電站工地舉行建設(shè)動(dòng)員大會(huì),標(biāo)志著工程全面開工建設(shè)。白鶴灘水電站位于四川省寧南縣和云南省巧家縣境內(nèi),是金沙江下游干流河段四個(gè)水電梯級(jí)中的第二個(gè)梯級(jí)電站。其開發(fā)任務(wù)以發(fā)電為主,兼顧防洪,并有攔沙、發(fā)展庫(kù)區(qū)航運(yùn)和改善下游通航條件等綜合利用效益,是西電東送骨干電源點(diǎn)之一。
[Abstract]:On the morning of Aug. 3, 2017, the largest hydropower project under construction in the world, the Paihetan Hydropower Station on the Jinsha River, held a construction mobilization conference, marking the full start of the project. Baihetan Hydropower Station, located in Ningnan County, Sichuan Province and Qiaojia County, Yunnan Province, is the second cascade of four hydropower stations in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River. The main task of its development is to generate electricity, take into account flood control, and have comprehensive utilization benefits such as developing shipping in the reservoir area and improving the conditions of navigation downstream, which is one of the key power supply points for the power supply from the west to the east.
