【摘要】：為了綜合定量評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域水安全狀況,采用國(guó)際上通用的水貧乏指數(shù)概念及內(nèi)涵,構(gòu)建基于資源、途徑、利用、能力和環(huán)境五方面的指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)指標(biāo)閾值確定及熵權(quán)分析,系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)了河南省18個(gè)地市未來(lái)的水安全形勢(shì),結(jié)果表明:河南省水安全狀況不容樂(lè)觀,水資源本底狀況、工程條件和利用能力是影響區(qū)域水資源安全的三大主因。針對(duì)各地市分項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出了破解當(dāng)?shù)厮踩珕?wèn)題的策略及建議。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate the regional water security situation, the concept and connotation of water poverty index are adopted, and the index system based on resource, approach, utilization, ability and environment is constructed, and the index threshold is determined and the entropy weight is analyzed. The future water security situation of 18 cities in Henan Province is systematically evaluated. The results show that the water security situation in Henan Province is not optimistic, and the water resources background, engineering conditions and utilization capacity are the three main factors that affect the regional water resources security. According to the evaluation results of the sub-index of each prefecture and city, the strategies and suggestions for solving the local water safety problems are put forward.
