【摘要】：為診斷水利工程的健康狀態(tài),從分析三維健康的影響因素出發(fā),建立水利工程健康評價指標(biāo)體系,并將水利工程的健康狀態(tài)劃分為4個等級,運用層次分析法、改進熵值法、模糊理論構(gòu)建了水利工程健康狀態(tài)診斷模型,根據(jù)最大隸屬度有效性指數(shù)選擇科學(xué)的方法確定診斷結(jié)果。實例應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,該健康診斷方法具有有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to diagnose the health state of water conservancy project, the index system of water conservancy project health evaluation is established by analyzing the influencing factors of three dimensional health, and the health state of water conservancy project is divided into four grades, and the entropy method is improved by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The model of water conservancy engineering health condition diagnosis is constructed by fuzzy theory, and the diagnosis result is determined by selecting scientific method according to the validity index of maximum membership degree. The application results show that the health diagnosis method is effective and feasible.
