【摘要】：隨著長江經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施,長江口地區(qū)將會迎來新一輪的經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展。然而水質(zhì)污染、涉水工程建設以及咸潮入侵、濕地退化、赤潮頻發(fā)等環(huán)境問題引發(fā)的水環(huán)境風險,將會導致該地區(qū)水資源供需矛盾進一步加劇。為此,進行了專項研究分析,對水環(huán)境風險影響因子進行了篩選和風險等級評估,同時還對長江口地區(qū)的重要風險因子進行了著重研究,在此基礎上,提出了一些具有建設性的意見和建議,以期緩解和解決長江口地區(qū)目前存在的水環(huán)境風險。對長江口地區(qū)的水環(huán)境狀況及其污染源情況、目前存在的問題及其應對措施等作了介紹。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Changjiang Estuary will usher in a new round of rapid economic development. However, water environmental risks caused by water pollution, construction of wading water projects, intrusion of salt tide, degradation of wetlands and frequent occurrence of red tide will lead to the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in this area. Therefore, special research and analysis were carried out, and the factors affecting water environment risk were screened and evaluated. At the same time, the important risk factors in the Yangtze River Estuary were also studied emphatically, on the basis of which, Some constructive suggestions and suggestions are put forward in order to mitigate and solve the water environment risk in the Changjiang Estuary. This paper introduces the situation of water environment and pollution sources in the Changjiang Estuary, the existing problems and the countermeasures.
