【摘要】：2016年汛期,湖南省降雨頻繁,總量偏多,共發(fā)生15次造成較大汛情和災(zāi)情的強(qiáng)降雨過程,多個(gè)站點(diǎn)降雨量超過歷史記錄值,多條河流出現(xiàn)超歷史洪水,洞庭湖地區(qū)水位全面超警戒,災(zāi)害損失嚴(yán)重。面對嚴(yán)峻汛情,全省上下,積極應(yīng)對,獲得了防汛抗災(zāi)工作的勝利。通過總結(jié)2016年度雨水災(zāi)情概況、防汛抗災(zāi)成效、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)措施、經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示以及防災(zāi)過程中出現(xiàn)的一些薄弱環(huán)節(jié),以期為今后防洪減災(zāi)工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the flood season of 2016, Hunan Province has frequent rainfall and a large amount of rainfall. There are 15 heavy rainfall processes that cause greater flood and disaster conditions. The rainfall at many stations exceeds the historical record value, and many rivers have super historical floods. Dongting Lake area water level is all over the alert, disaster damage is serious. In the face of severe flood situation, the whole province, active response to the flood prevention and disaster relief work victory. By summing up the general situation of Rain Water in 2016, flood control and disaster prevention, disaster prevention and mitigation measures, experience and inspiration, and some weak links in the course of disaster prevention, this paper hopes to provide a reference for the future flood prevention and mitigation work.
