基于均勻設(shè)計(jì)的高地溫隧洞襯砌混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度影響規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:以分析高地溫隧洞環(huán)境對(duì)襯砌混凝土性能的影響規(guī)律為目標(biāo),采用高地溫濕度養(yǎng)護(hù)箱模擬高地溫隧洞中的溫濕環(huán)境,進(jìn)行襯砌混凝土的養(yǎng)護(hù),利用均勻設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)方法獲得較為全面的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)回歸分析得到不同養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期的回歸方程,歸納出溫度、水膠比、砂率三個(gè)主要因素對(duì)襯砌混凝土單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)回歸方程,溫度、水膠比及砂率均可找到一個(gè)最優(yōu)值(如水膠比為0.42、砂率為45%、養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度為57℃)使得襯砌混凝土的單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值;隨養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度的升高,最大襯砌混凝土單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度對(duì)應(yīng)的水膠比及砂率均有所增大,如養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期為28 d時(shí),水膠比為0.31(養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度55℃)、0.52(養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度115℃)。因此,混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度較高時(shí),應(yīng)適當(dāng)增大水膠比及砂率。
