某水電機(jī)組異常水力振動分析與處理

【摘要】:某水電機(jī)組在運(yùn)行時,發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力脈動、機(jī)組振動與噪聲較往常明顯增大,且隨負(fù)荷的增加而增大,這將嚴(yán)重威脅機(jī)組的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。為此進(jìn)行了變負(fù)荷試驗(yàn),對變負(fù)荷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)活動導(dǎo)葉過流不均是引起機(jī)組振動過大的原因,停機(jī)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)活動導(dǎo)葉處卡有異物,取出異物后,機(jī)組壓力脈動與振動過大問題得到解決,為類似問題的處理提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:When a hydroelectric unit is in operation, it is found that the pressure pulsation, the vibration and noise of the unit are obviously increased than usual, and increase with the increase of load, which will seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of the unit. For this reason, the variable load test was carried out, and the variable load data were analyzed. It was found that the uneven flow of the moving guide vane was the cause of the excessive vibration of the unit. The problems of pressure pulsation and excessive vibration are solved, which provides a reference for the treatment of similar problems.
