JNSG施工公司競爭戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:With the development of water conservancy in our country and the further development of management system reform, the investment of water conservancy infrastructure is increasing year by year. The JNSG construction company, which is based on water conservancy construction, is faced with many opportunities for development and complex external market environment. With the increasing competition among industries and some problems existing in enterprises, it is easy to make the development of enterprises fall into difficulties. How should JNSG construction companies develop and adopt competitive strategies in order to develop water conservancy construction markets faster and better? Become the main problem that the company must solve at present. Taking JNSG Construction Company as the research object, this paper studies the formulation, implementation and measures of the company's competitive strategy, with the aim of continuously enhancing the company's market competitiveness and realizing the rapid and stable development of the company in the fierce market competition environment. This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects: first, introduced the research background and the significance, the research content and the method, proposed the basic thought of the research, then elaborated the strategy level, The basic types of competitive strategy and the analytical tools used. Secondly, the macro environment and industry environment of JNSG construction company are analyzed by using PEST model and Porter five force model, and the internal resources of enterprises are analyzed by value chain analysis method. Thirdly, according to the analysis of the internal and external environment, the paper summarizes the opportunities and threats, the internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, and uses the SWOT-CLPV model to conduct a comprehensive analysis, and then selects the most suitable strategy from the three basic competitive strategies. Finally, according to the above analysis results, the competitive strategy of JNSG construction company is determined, that is, by reducing the cost of various factors of production to achieve cost leadership, by opening up the market to increase market share to achieve economies of scale. And put forward the enterprise cost-leading competition strategy implementation plan and corresponding safeguard measures. Through the preliminary research on the competitive strategy of JNSG construction company, this paper not only analyzes the favorable conditions and competitive advantages of the company participating in the market competition, but also reveals the outstanding problems and the competitive environment within the company. A series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to promote the enterprises to formulate and implement the scientific competitive strategy in time. At the same time, it is hoped that this paper can enlighten similar water conservancy construction enterprises and provide some theoretical reference.
