梯級水庫群水沙聯(lián)合調(diào)度的多目標轉(zhuǎn)化研究

【摘要】:為了改善黃河上游寧蒙河段的淤積現(xiàn)狀,本文利用上游龍羊峽、劉家峽水庫聯(lián)合運行調(diào)度,人造可控洪峰以沖刷河道。首先分析了水沙調(diào)控的最佳時機、構(gòu)建了水沙調(diào)控指標體系;其次,建立了多目標的水沙調(diào)控模型,采用改進帶精英策略的快速非支配排序遺傳(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解模型,量化了豐水年或偏豐水年的水沙調(diào)控成果;再次,以四維矢量坐標系代表各調(diào)控目標,對不同年份的水沙調(diào)控成果進行敏感性分析,闡明了調(diào)控流量、供水等變量對各調(diào)控目標的影響;最后,揭示了各調(diào)控目標之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系。研究成果對開展黃河上游水沙調(diào)控具有重要的指導意義。
