混凝土墊層對抽蓄電站引水系統(tǒng)圍巖內(nèi)水壓力分擔(dān)率的影響

【摘要】:基于FLAC~(3D)軟件,通過對比分析工程實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)值仿真和規(guī)范方法結(jié)果,研究引水系統(tǒng)回填混凝土標(biāo)號改變對鋼襯變形和圍巖內(nèi)水壓力分擔(dān)率的影響。結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)行規(guī)范在計(jì)算鋼襯環(huán)向應(yīng)力時(shí),未考慮混凝土墊層,可能導(dǎo)致計(jì)算應(yīng)力值偏差,進(jìn)而影響圍巖內(nèi)水壓力分擔(dān)率;墊層混凝土標(biāo)號由C15增加到C25,雖可減小鋼襯的徑向位移和環(huán)向拉應(yīng)力,提高圍巖內(nèi)水壓力分擔(dān)率,但效果不顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on FLAC~ (3D) software, the influence of the change of backfill concrete label on the deformation of steel lining and the water pressure sharing rate in surrounding rock is studied by comparing and analyzing the measured data, numerical simulation and the results of specification method. The results show that the current code does not take concrete cushion into account when calculating the circumferential stress of steel lining, which may lead to the deviation of calculation stress value, and then affect the water pressure sharing rate in surrounding rock. When the grade of cushion concrete is increased from C15 to C25, the radial displacement and circumferential tensile stress of steel lining can be reduced, and the water pressure sharing rate in surrounding rock can be increased, but the effect is not obvious.
