新型懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:水是人類發(fā)展和生存的必需條件,我國城市建設(shè)沿江河湖海岸邊布置較多。城市地理位置的特殊性,使得城市面臨著洪水的威脅,因此在城市安全防護中,城市防洪顯得非常重要。近年來熱島效應(yīng)越來越明顯,導(dǎo)致城市降雨量顯著增加,而城市下墊面的改變,加快了雨水匯流,導(dǎo)致洪峰流量增大,同時,氣候條件的逐年惡化,極端氣候條件頻繁出現(xiàn),城市防洪問題更加嚴(yán)峻。而隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會的不斷進步,人們的防洪理念逐漸從傳統(tǒng)水利向現(xiàn)代水利過渡,城市防洪逐步向與生態(tài)環(huán)境相結(jié)合,與城市建設(shè)規(guī)劃相配套的多功能方向轉(zhuǎn)變。文章針對城市防洪和城市濱水區(qū)景觀相矛盾的問題,設(shè)計開發(fā)了新型懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤,在國內(nèi)外均為首創(chuàng),其能夠在保證防洪安全的條件下,滿足城市景觀的要求。同時本文依據(jù)安全性原則、景觀性原則、實用性原則詳細(xì)介紹了新型懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤結(jié)構(gòu)單元方案,以及運行管理方案。利用三維有限元軟件,結(jié)合有限元強度折減理論,模擬分析了新型懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤與基礎(chǔ)間的變形協(xié)調(diào)。同時仿真模擬了懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤在校核洪水位工況、設(shè)計洪水位工況、常水位工況、完建工況下的工作性能,對其應(yīng)力及位移結(jié)果進行了總結(jié)分析,為懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤能夠運用于實際工程中提供了理論依據(jù)。利用三維有限元軟件模態(tài)分析功能對懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤進行模態(tài)分析,同時考慮到附連水質(zhì)量的影響,對其進行了干、濕模態(tài)分析,求解出結(jié)構(gòu)干、濕模態(tài)下的固有頻率及其振型,說明其自振頻率范圍;利用三維有限元軟件瞬態(tài)動力分析的功能,結(jié)合Airy波波浪理論,模擬了懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤在校核洪水位及設(shè)計洪水位工況波浪荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)動力響應(yīng),總結(jié)分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的位移和應(yīng)力響應(yīng)過程線。綜上分析,本文提出了一種新型懸掛式鋼板活動防洪堤,不僅能夠滿足防洪的要求,同時能夠兼顧城市景觀,并利用數(shù)值分析的方法模擬了該結(jié)構(gòu)的工作性能,說明了其理論合理性,對實際工程有較大的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Water is a necessary condition for human development and survival. Because of the particularity of the city location, the city is facing the threat of flood, so the city flood control is very important in the city safety protection. In recent years, the heat island effect has become more and more obvious, leading to a marked increase in urban rainfall, while the change of the urban underlying surface has accelerated Rain Water's confluence, resulting in an increase in traffic volume of Hong Feng. At the same time, the climatic conditions have deteriorated year by year, and extreme climatic conditions have frequently appeared. The problem of urban flood control is even more serious. With the development of economy and society, the concept of flood control is gradually changing from traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy. Aiming at the contradiction between urban flood control and urban waterfront landscape, this paper designs and develops a new type of suspended steel plate active flood prevention embankment, which is the first at home and abroad, which can meet the requirements of urban landscape under the condition of ensuring flood control safety. At the same time, according to safety principle, landscape principle and practicability principle, this paper introduces the structure unit scheme of new type suspended steel plate movable flood prevention embankment in detail, as well as the operation management scheme. By using 3D finite element software and finite element strength reduction theory, the deformation coordination between the new suspended steel plate movable flood prevention embankment and foundation is simulated and analyzed. At the same time, the working performance of suspended steel plate active flood prevention embankment under the conditions of nuclear flood level at school, design flood water level, constant water level and finished construction is simulated, and the results of stress and displacement are summarized and analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for the application of suspended steel plate movable flood prevention embankment in practical engineering. Using the modal analysis function of 3D finite element software, the modal analysis of suspended steel plate movable flood prevention embankment is carried out, and considering the influence of attached water quality, the dry and wet modal analysis is carried out, and the structure dry is solved. The natural frequencies and their modes in the wet mode show the range of their natural frequencies, using the function of transient dynamic analysis of 3D finite element software, combined with the theory of Airy wave, The dynamic response of the structure under wave load under the condition of the suspended steel plate active flood prevention embankment is simulated, and the displacement and stress response process of the structure is summarized and analyzed. Based on the above analysis, a new type of suspended steel plate active flood prevention embankment is proposed, which can not only meet the requirements of flood control, but also take into account the urban landscape. The working performance of the structure is simulated by numerical analysis. The rationality of the theory is explained, which is of great guiding significance to the practical engineering.
