金沙江下游溪洛渡-向家壩梯級生態(tài)調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:金沙江下游區(qū)域是我國重要的珍稀魚類保護(hù)區(qū),隨著梯級電站的修建,勢必將對生物的生存環(huán)境造成影響。為了減少負(fù)面的生態(tài)影響,利用年內(nèi)展布法和改進(jìn)FDC法計算了最小生態(tài)流量和適宜生態(tài)流量過程。根據(jù)不同的生態(tài)流量約束,設(shè)置了4種約束方案:(1)工程規(guī)劃約束;(2)年內(nèi)展布法計算的最小生態(tài)流量約束;(3)改進(jìn)FDC法計算的最小生態(tài)流量約束;(4)改進(jìn)FDC法計算的適宜生態(tài)流量約束。并對建立的生態(tài)調(diào)度模型進(jìn)行求解,計算結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)設(shè)置最小生態(tài)流量約束時,各典型年的發(fā)電量基本都能達(dá)到最大值;當(dāng)設(shè)置適宜生態(tài)流量約束時,各典型年的發(fā)電量都有所減少。各方案的擬合優(yōu)度的計算結(jié)果表明,在適宜生態(tài)流量約束條件下,水庫的下泄流量更貼近天然的入庫徑流。
[Abstract]:The downstream area of Jinsha River is an important protected area of rare fish in China. With the construction of cascade power station, the living environment will be affected. In order to reduce the negative ecological impact, the minimum ecological flow and the suitable ecological flow process were calculated by using the annual distribution method and the improved FDC method. According to different ecological flow constraints, Four kinds of constraint schemes are set up: (1) engineering planning constraints; (2) minimum ecological flow constraints calculated by the annual expansion method; (3) minimum ecological flow constraints calculated by improved FDC method; (4) suitable ecological flow constraints calculated by improved FDC method. The calculation results show that when the minimum ecological flow constraint is set up, the power generation can basically reach the maximum value in each typical year, and when the appropriate ecological flow constraint is set up, the calculation results show that when the minimum ecological flow constraint is set up, the power generation can basically reach the maximum value in each typical year. Electricity generation has declined in each typical year. The results of the simulation results show that the lower discharge of the reservoir is closer to the natural inflow under the condition of the suitable ecological flow.
