不同目標(biāo)函數(shù)對(duì)水文模型模擬效果影響研究

【摘要】:水文模型的模擬效果與目標(biāo)函數(shù)的選取直接相關(guān),最常用的目標(biāo)函數(shù)是納什系數(shù)。納什系數(shù)存在不足之處,因此產(chǎn)生了納什系數(shù)的變形形式,主要包括對(duì)數(shù)形式、開(kāi)方形式、絕對(duì)值形式和相對(duì)值形式。目前,不同目標(biāo)函數(shù)(如納什系數(shù)及其變形形式)對(duì)模擬效果影響的研究相對(duì)較少。以黑河流域上游為研究區(qū),應(yīng)用FLEX-Topo水文模型、采用MOSCEM-UA參數(shù)優(yōu)化算法,通過(guò)設(shè)定不同的目標(biāo)函數(shù),從納什系數(shù)、相關(guān)系數(shù)、平均絕對(duì)誤差和平均值之差4個(gè)數(shù)值指標(biāo)評(píng)估模擬效果,從而揭示各變形形式對(duì)整體模擬效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)4種納什系數(shù)變形形式的模擬結(jié)果中,開(kāi)方形式的模擬效果最好;(2)以納什系數(shù)為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的模擬結(jié)果會(huì)高估洪峰流量,而以變形形式的模擬結(jié)果略好,但都會(huì)低估基流流量;(3)目標(biāo)函數(shù)分別為納什系數(shù)和開(kāi)方形式的模擬結(jié)果相差不大,但開(kāi)方形式對(duì)洪峰流量的模擬略好,且相關(guān)系數(shù)更高。黑河流域的水文模擬建議采用開(kāi)方形式。
[Abstract]:The simulation effect of hydrological model is directly related to the selection of objective function, and the most commonly used objective function is Nash coefficient. Because of the deficiency of Nash coefficient, the deformation form of Nash coefficient is produced, including logarithmic form, square form, absolute value form and relative value form. At present, the effect of different objective functions (such as Nash coefficient and its deformation form) on the simulation effect is relatively few. Taking the upper reaches of Heihe River Basin as the study area, using FLEX-Topo hydrological model and MOSCEM-UA parameter optimization algorithm, by setting different objective functions, from Nash coefficient, correlation coefficient, The difference between the mean absolute error and the average value is four numerical indexes to evaluate the simulation effect, so as to reveal the influence of different deformation forms on the overall simulation effect. The results show that: (1) the results of the four kinds of Nash coefficient deformation form are the best, (2) the simulation results with Nash coefficient as the objective function will overestimate Hong Feng's flow rate, while the result of deformation form is better. (3) the simulation results of the objective function of Nash coefficient and square form are not different, but the square form of Hong Feng flow simulation is better, and the correlation coefficient is higher. The hydrological simulation of Heihe River Basin is suggested to be in the form of prescription.
