【摘要】：水利水電工程在發(fā)揮社會、經(jīng)濟效益的同時,也帶來了一系列生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,關于生態(tài)環(huán)境需水量計算,我國目前尚無統(tǒng)一計算標準。對此,以江西省上饒市金雞口水電站為例,基于7Q10法、Tennant法、最小連續(xù)30d最小流量法、滿足水功能區(qū)水質目標最小流量法等不同方法,對比確定了該水電站的最小下泄流量,分析了水電站運行后大壩下游最小下泄流量的滿足度,并提出了保障金雞口水電站最小下泄流量的具體工程及非工程措施。研究成果可為水電站下游河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康保護提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy and hydropower projects bring about a series of ecological and environmental problems while giving full play to the social and economic benefits. There is no unified calculation standard for the calculation of ecological environmental water demand in China. In this paper, taking Jinjikou Hydropower Station in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province as an example, based on the 7Q10 method, the minimum discharge method for the minimum continuous 30 days and the minimum discharge method for satisfying the water quality target in the water function area, the minimum discharge of the hydropower station is determined. This paper analyzes the satisfaction of the minimum discharge of the downstream of the dam after the operation of the hydropower station, and puts forward the concrete engineering and non-engineering measures to guarantee the minimum discharge of the Jinjikou Hydropower Station. The research results can provide reference for the health protection of downstream river ecosystem of hydropower station.
