某水電站混合壩接頭壩頂開(kāi)裂成因分析
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of soft and hard material contact interface at the joint of mixed dam and easy to produce crack at the dam top, taking a hybrid dam project of a hydropower station as an example, in view of the phenomenon of multiple cracks in the joint part of the core rockfill dam after the initial storage of water, there are many cracks at the top of the dam. Considering the humidification and rheological characteristics of dam material, the 3-D numerical simulation analysis of the right bank core wall rockfill dam and the joint dam segment is carried out by using the finite element coupled deformation dip method. The results show that: (1) the wet deformation of the upstream rockfill caused by water storage is the main reason for the cracking of the joint dam top; (2) the dam material in the joint part is restrained by the support of the lower concrete joint slope, and the settlement displacement is obviously smaller than that of the upstream rockfill, which leads to the uncoordinated deformation. (3) the large settlement gradient of the top of the dam is the main cause of the cracks at the dam top, in which the crack caused by the settlement gradient along the dam body is parallel to the axis of the dam, and the crack caused by the settlement gradient along the river along the dam top is perpendicular to the axis of the dam. Compared with the actual crack site of the dam top, it is preliminarily judged that the probability of cracking is higher when the uneven settlement gradient of the dam top is 0.6. The results obtained can provide a reference for the design and construction of hybrid dams.
