【摘要】：錦屏一級水電站大壩溢流面混凝土施工在設(shè)計(jì)階段擬采用常規(guī)工藝,實(shí)際施工過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)可能無法滿足度汛對工期的要求。經(jīng)過技術(shù)分析,并借鑒國內(nèi)成功實(shí)施的大壩溢流面混凝土施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了溢流面混凝土與大壩混凝土一次澆筑、溢流面層采用翻模工藝、支撐大梁采用懸臂支模的優(yōu)化方案。工程實(shí)踐表明,新的工藝方案保證了溢流面混凝土的結(jié)合質(zhì)量,且節(jié)約工期5~7個(gè)月,相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供類擬工程借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the design stage of the dam overflow surface concrete construction of Jinping I Hydropower Station is planned to adopt the conventional technology. It is found in the actual construction process that it may not be able to meet the requirements for the construction period of the flood season. Through technical analysis and drawing lessons from the successful construction experience of dam overflow surface concrete in China, the optimization scheme of overflowing surface concrete and dam concrete is put forward in this paper. The overflowing surface layer adopts the technology of overturning and the supporting beam adopts cantilever support formwork. The engineering practice shows that the new technology scheme can guarantee the quality of concrete combination of overflow surface and save the construction period from 5 to 7 months. The relevant experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
