黏土水泥膏漿流變性能及其對灌漿的影響

【摘要】:黏土水泥膏漿性能優(yōu)越,可廣泛用于土木、水利等工程的防滲堵漏和基礎加固,其流變性能對灌漿工程施工及灌漿效果有重要影響。利用Brookfield+R/S流變儀對其流變參數(shù)進行測試,研究固化劑摻量、溫度及時間等因素對流變性能的影響。結果表明:膏漿的黏度及屈服應力均隨時間增大;固化劑摻量為水泥質量的1.0%左右時的膏漿為Herschel-Bulkey流體,并且具有觸變性,防滲堵漏效果最佳;溫度在5~40℃之間,溫度影響膏漿的黏度及屈服應力,但不影響膏漿的流型,溫度越高,黏度越大,28℃下的屈服應力最大。室內灌漿模擬試驗及抗沖試驗,證明其擴散距離可控,抗水沖釋性能強,與純水泥膏漿相比,初始屈服應力及黏度更大,觸變性可控,漿體的穩(wěn)定性更好。黏土水泥膏漿是含水及大孔隙地層、松軟地層等復雜地層灌漿防滲堵漏的優(yōu)選材料。
[Abstract]:Clay cement paste has excellent properties and can be widely used in seepage prevention and leakage control and foundation reinforcement in civil engineering and water conservancy projects. Its rheological properties have important influence on grouting construction and grouting effect. The rheological parameters were measured by Brookfield R- S rheometer, and the effects of the content of curing agent, temperature and time on the rheological properties were studied. The results show that the viscosity and yield stress of paste increase with time, the paste with 1.0% of cement mass is Herschel-Bulkey fluid, and it has thixotropy, and the effect of preventing seepage and leakage is the best, and the temperature is between 540 鈩,
