超音速等離子噴涂制備水力機(jī)械耐沖蝕涂層的研究

【摘要】:SQC-100新型超音速等離子噴涂系統(tǒng)既有HVOF的高速度和涂層致密性,又有等離子的高沉積效率,能夠在保證涂層質(zhì)量的前提下有效降低成本。采用SQC-100型超音速等離子噴涂技術(shù)噴涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂層,并研究其耐沖蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,孔隙率為0.77%,硬度為1 210HV0.2,結(jié)合強(qiáng)度達(dá)到72 MPa,涂層性能基本達(dá)到超音速火焰噴涂同等水平。此外,獲得的涂層具有良好的耐泥沙沖蝕性能,涂層耐沖蝕性是ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo不銹鋼的3.88倍,并研究了涂層內(nèi)部裂紋主要以穿晶斷裂形式擴(kuò)展。研究表明WC-10Co-4Cr涂層在高含沙水流中的水力機(jī)械零部件領(lǐng)域有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The new supersonic plasma spraying system of SQC-100 not only has the high speed and coating density of HVOF, but also has the high deposition efficiency of plasma, which can effectively reduce the cost under the premise of ensuring the coating quality. SQC-100 type supersonic plasma spraying technology was used to spray WC-10Co-4Cr coating and its erosion resistance was studied. The results show that the porosity is 0.77, the hardness is 1.210 HV0.2, the bonding strength is 72 MPA, and the coating properties are basically the same level as the supersonic flame spraying. In addition, the coating has good erosion resistance, the erosion resistance of the coating is 3.88 times that of ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel, and the internal cracks of the coating are mainly propagated in the form of transgranular fracture. The results show that WC-10Co-4Cr coating has a wide application prospect in hydraulic machinery parts in high sediment flow.
