基于BIM技術(shù)的泵閘工程三維協(xié)同集成化設(shè)計方案研究

【摘要】:在泵閘工程多專業(yè)設(shè)計進程中,BIM三維協(xié)同技術(shù)是否優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)二維協(xié)同設(shè)計,以及BIM集成化設(shè)計方案如何實現(xiàn),是決定水利工程BIM技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用亟需解決的問題。在二維設(shè)計串行工作方式的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立分解并行系數(shù)、校訂并行系數(shù)和延滯系數(shù)三參數(shù),綜合反映協(xié)同任務(wù)并行程度。并行進程的量化分析表明:在中小型泵閘工程中,應(yīng)用BIM三維協(xié)同技術(shù)較傳統(tǒng)二維協(xié)同設(shè)計可提高設(shè)計效率約10%;在三維協(xié)同設(shè)計平臺上,同步實現(xiàn)了設(shè)計階段建模、協(xié)同、碰撞、圖紙、報表等模塊,完成數(shù)字一體化設(shè)計與交付,建立了BIM集成化設(shè)計方案的體系框架。BIM三維協(xié)同集成化設(shè)計可成為提升工程建設(shè)整體效率與設(shè)計質(zhì)量的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Whether the 3D collaborative technology of pump gate engineering is superior to the traditional two-dimensional collaborative design and how to realize the integrated design scheme of BIM are the problems that need to be solved in the popularization and application of BIM technology in hydraulic engineering. On the basis of two dimensional design of serial operation mode, three parameters of decomposing parallel coefficient, revising parallel coefficient and delay coefficient are established to reflect the parallelism degree of cooperative task synthetically. The quantitative analysis of parallel process shows that the design efficiency can be improved by using BIM 3D collaborative technology compared with traditional 2D collaborative design in small and medium-sized pump gate engineering, and the design phase modeling and collaboration are realized synchronously on 3D collaborative design platform. Collision, drawing, report form and other modules, complete the digital integrated design and delivery, the establishment of the BIM integrated design scheme framework .BIM three-dimensional collaborative integrated design can become an important way to improve the overall efficiency and design quality of engineering construction.
