圍堰度汛對(duì)冰川潰壩型洪水削峰滯洪的作用——以阿爾塔什水利樞紐工程為例

【摘要】:新疆葉爾羌河的主要徑流補(bǔ)給源是高山區(qū)的積雪和冰川消融,它對(duì)徑流的年際、年內(nèi)變化起著調(diào)節(jié)作用。分析了該流域徑流變化規(guī)律及洪水成因,介紹了阿爾塔什水利樞g(shù){的導(dǎo)流度汛方案。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)阿爾塔什水利樞g(shù){調(diào)節(jié)后,2016年葉爾羌河流域的兩次潰壩型洪水危害顯著降低,削峰滯洪作用明顯,可供類似工程借鑒。
[Abstract]:The main runoff recharge source of the Yerqiang River in Xinjiang is the melting of snow and glacier in the alpine region, which plays an important role in regulating the interannual and annual variation of runoff. The variation law of runoff and the cause of flood in this basin are analyzed, and the flood diversion scheme of Altash water conservancy is introduced. The results show that after the regulation of Altash water conservancy, the damage of two dam-break floods in the Yerqiang River basin in 2016 is significantly reduced, and the effect of peak cutting and flood detention is obvious, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
